  • Soft Trail Stroll

    I lead group walks on different trails a few times a month. This free series is designed to help people looking for a simple way to become more active and to increase appreciation of our local soft trails. Walks are typically one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half miles and proceed slowly, think “stroll.” No one is left behind. Check the schedule and join us on the trail!

  • Couch to 5K Walk Plan

    I have created a nine-week Couch to 5K Walk plan. This plan is designed for those who are currently not walking much or at all. If your goal is to walk a charity 5K or simply to begin a regular walking routine this plan is for you. It starts from wherever you currently are whether that is literally the couch or not. Take as long as you need to work up to walking 10 minutes a day, and then follow the weekly guides to safely make it to 3.1 miles. Begin following the plan and see how far you go!

  • Couch to 5K Walking Program

    Sometimes we all need a little extra help or encouragement, so twice a year I put together a group where we can support each other as we use my Couch to 5K Plan to prepare for a charity 5K walk.

    For a fee, you get a custom walk journal, group training walks, a private Facebook group, accountability, advice, and more. And after you complete the target walk, I will make a donation to your fundraising page!
