During our initial meeting we will talk a lot about your goals. We will go over your past physical activity and where you would like to see yourself in the short term and the long term. I want to hear it all.

After we go over your health history, we will do a brief complimentary workout. I will learn a bit about how you move, and you will learn some stretches and exercises that you can use right away. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes.

Along the way, I will explain my methods and philosophies. And we'll decide how I can best help you.
