Central Iowa Yoga in the Park 2024
Summer is a great time to get outdoors and enjoy yoga in the park. Many communities offer a yoga in the park program. They arrange for a certified yoga instructor to come and teach, and you just need to show up with a yoga mat or blanket.
I’m building a list so I can keep track of all the yoga in the park offerings in central Iowa. And I’m sharing it here because I can’t be the only one who wants to know!
Expect this list to be updated and please let me know if there are any ones that I have missed!
