Snow Shoveling Custom Training Package
Do you want to be ready to shovel snow this year without feeling wrecked?
I offer a six-week custom training program to prepare you for snow shoveling season.
A one-hour initial consultation. I’ll interview you and we will do some exercises together to see what is right for you.
Six weeks of twice-a-week progressive workouts. These twelve workouts will build from your current abilities and strengthen what you need to be able to shovel snow better.
A one-hour personal training session. I will teach you the exercises in the workouts so you can do them safely and effectively.
Additional handouts. Topics are related to snow shoveling and other questions you have. You can text or e-mail me questions at any time and I will respond quickly.
The consultation and training session can be done in your home or remotely. The program price is $280.
